It started with an innovative investment bank that was eyeing the emergence of digital discount broking, knowing their high net worth investors would require digital access to their account, but not wanting to offer them fixed low price dealing… while at the same time having their cake and eating it by offering discount broking at scale to a growing volume of independent investors. Next came a series of engagements working for some of the finest advertising agencies, digital and direct agencies, boutique consultancies and their UK and global brands in mobile, entertainment, travel and tourism, airlines, rail, fmcg, retail and e-commerce.

More recently 3RM has focused on assisting brands to maximise or accelerate value delivered by customer-led digital transformation – weaving together product, service, brand experience, data, personalised communications to optimise omnichannel customer journeys and human experiences – through technology.

Simon is a certified CX professional (CCXP) with qualifications in IT (BSc Computer Science, York), marketing (CIM, London) and an MBA (AGSM, Sydney). He is a member of the Association of Account Planning Professionals (APG).
